Data Deletion Instructions

Effective: 10 September 2026

Rhythm Weddings collects only the information needed to respond to enquiries and manage event bookings. If you would like us to delete your information, please follow the process below. We will confirm completion within 30 days.

How to Request Deletion

  1. Send an email to bookings@rhythmweddings.com from the address associated with your enquiry or booking.
  2. Include “Data Deletion Request” in the subject line.
  3. Provide your full name, event date (if applicable), and any other details that help us locate your record.

For security, we may ask you to verify your identity or confirm details about the original request before deleting data.

What Will Be Deleted

Once verified, we permanently remove personal details from our booking and communication systems, including names, contact information, event notes, and quote history. Some records may need to be retained for accounting or legal obligations. We will explain any information that must be retained when responding to your request.
