Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Rhythm Weddings website and services. By submitting an enquiry or booking request you agree to these terms.
Services
We provide live wedding entertainment packages as described on our site. Availability is subject to confirmation and a signed agreement. Pricing estimates generated through the quote calculator are indicative and may change after consultation.
Deposits & Payments
Bookings require a deposit to secure your event date. Remaining balances are payable according to the invoice schedule provided in your booking agreement. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate event details, ensure safe performance conditions, and coordinate access to power and staging as needed. Any changes to the event schedule must be communicated in writing.
Cancellations
Cancellations received more than 60 days before the event may be rescheduled subject to availability. Cancellations within 60 days may forfeit deposits and be subject to additional fees if costs have already been incurred.
Use of Content
We may capture photos, audio, or video during performances for promotional purposes with your consent. You may request removal of any published material by contacting us at the email below.
Liability
Rhythm Weddings is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our control, including extreme weather, venue issues, or supplier failures. In such cases we will work with you to find an alternative solution.
